Before your first sip of coffee or tea, scrape your tongue with a copper or stainless steel scraper to remove toxins and bacteria that build up overnight. This gentle Ayurvedic ritual supports oral and gut health, freshens breath, and kickstarts your detox pathways. This is a great budget friendly option because it comes with a pack of 4!
2. Olive Oil Shot
Take 1 tablespoon of high-quality, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil on an empty stomach in the morning. This nourishes the gut lining, supports bile flow for digestion, reduces inflammation, and provides powerful antioxidants like polyphenols. (Bonus: It’s amazing for glowing skin and hormone balance, too!) These little glasses or these are adorable and a beautiful way to romanticize your morning shot!
