About Me
Hi! My name is Molly. I am a Biblical health and wellness coach, mother to an adorably wild toddler, certified personal trainer and women's training specialist, and lover of all things related to health. Born and raised in the South, I currently live in TN with my daughter. We enjoy going to church, hiking, visiting the monkeys at the zoo, and communing with our family.

My passion for health began as a focus in fitness, and my preferred training method has shifted a lot over the years, from only bodyweight workouts in my home to only heavy weightlifting sessions to a much more balanced mix of all forms of exercise, including pilates and mobility work much more. I also have come to love all other aspects of health, including nutrition, mindset and the daily products we come in contact with that could negatively affect our health. My postpartum journey has been eye opening to the struggles and obstacles facing mothers chasing health and wellness goals. My own fitness goals have certainly shifted from purely aesthetic goals to striving for longevity and well-rounded wellness that makes my every day life easier, more enjoyable and provides a good example for my daughter.

I have also been increasing more studying biblical health and wellness, and the Christian's calling to steward your health as you would any other spiritual discipline. This has led me to start a Biblical Wellness Class at my local church and other churches in the area as well, and awakened a passion in my heart of teaching Christians of the Theology of the Body, and how to and why steward your health according to Scripture.
